Welcome to all you future watercolor artists! This is the perfect place to begin. I will guide your practice through techniques and fun watercolor sketches that will help you develop a loose and free hand because I have discovered over time that watercolor is a medium that does not like to be overworked.

What you can expect at your Watercolor Retreat for Beginners
This retreat was designed as the perfect place for you to begin your watercolor journey.
You’ll be staying at a beautiful B&B surrounded by nature, sure to inspire your creativity. This retreat includes all the art supplies you will need for the weekend, luxurious accommodations and wonderful, healthy Vegan meals. Plus we’ll start the day with a relaxing and mind-centring yoga class.

We will be staying and making art at the incredible La Masion en Bois Rond in Saint-Marie, Quebec. The retreat is 1-hour away from the Quebec airport in a stunning log cabin B&B

Check-in for the retreats is 4:30 PM on Friday with our first meeting at 5:30 PM. The retreat ends on Monday at 3:00 PM.

We will share beautifully made and delicious vegan meals together during the retreat. If you have any special dietary needs, please make sure to tell me when you register.

You will be supplied with all the professional art materials you need for the duration of the Retreat … and you get to take them home too!

We’ll spend a total of 15 hours together making art where I will be with you the entire time sharing my techniques and helping you to expand on the knowledge your already have.

Sometimes things happen and you need to cancel. We understand, Please read the following cancellation policy in regards to our Watercolor Retreats. A full refund is available if you cancel 30 days before the start of the Retreat. If you cancel after 30 days, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel 48 hours before the event, there is no refund. All refunds will be returned via the credit card used at purchase - no exceptions.
Small class sizes
This Watercolor for Beginners Retreat was designed to give you the time and space to explore your art and creativity. Class sizes are small - no more than 10 people in total so you can get all the help and one-on-one support you need to begin your watercolor journey.

This is where we will be staying
You’ll be staying at the beautiful La Maison en Bois Rond.
A gorgeous log home, this incredible space offers majestic rooms that will take your breath away. The modern-rural-chic style, large windows and relaxing environment is perfect to help us explore our creativity together.
The venue is 1 hour away from the Quebec City airport. You can choose to add a few days to your trip and explore historic Old Québec where the renowned Château Frontenac is a must!
